Brazilian votive offerings

This work stems from the *Ex-voto do Brasil* Project, recognized and supported by CNPq between 2005 and 2011, which aimed to research and analyze ex-votos from miracle rooms, churches, and Brazilian museums, in order to study the discourse, iconography, and multiple formats through which ex-votos convey information.
