The Communication of Marginalized People

Over the last decade, a process of democratic ruptures has taken hold in several countries around the world. A growing wave of extreme neoliberal ideology, supported by hegemonic right-wing and far-right groups, has generated an accelerated dismantling of social policies. On the other hand, communities on the margins of this segment are forming communicative networks of resistance and activism, acting on their agendas as pressure groups in the political arena, with multiple cultural expressions.
